The fastest way to book an appointment would be to give us a call and we can get you scheduled over the phone. If you're not able to give us a call or it is after our office hours you can shoot us a text to our office number or email us and we will be sure to respond to get you scheduled. Most of the time we are able to get you an appointment within the week.
Yes, we provide telemedicine services for those who prefer online sessions. Depending on your situation your provider may want to see you in person at least once, give us a call and we'll be sure to help your specific situation. This can be especially convenient for follow-up appointments or for clients with mobility or transportation challenges.
A typical therapy session lasts about 45 to 60 minutes, but the duration can vary based on the treatment plan and individual needs. Your first appointment is blocked out for 90 minutes, but will typically last 75. After that you can pick between 30, 45, and 60 minute appointments.
