At a young age, I developed a passion for helping others. I have fond memories of volunteering at a small hospital in Northern MN where I visited with those in need of companionship and a listening ear. It was then that I began to realize the value that good mental health plays in our physical health. My desire to help others grew and upon graduating from high school, I completed nursing school two years later. I then went on to complete two master's degrees, one in physical health as a Family Nurse Practitioner and another in mental health as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. My training and expertise allow me to evaluate how your mental and physical health contribute to your overall health. Along with you, we can work on a treatment plan that will optimize your mental and physical health and ability to enjoy life.

I have a big love for nature and sports, particularly volleyball. I work as a receptionist, which suits my compassionate and helpful nature perfectly - I'm the first point of contact at the office, and I love every minute of it. At work, I'm more than just a friendly face at the front desk. I genuinely care for others and always strive to lend a hand wherever I can. The same passion to serve extends to my community too. I'm all about living life to its fullest and making a positive impact along the way.
